Why don’t we take credit cards anymore? Well, some breeders got their puppies “stolen”.

Now you ask yourself, how is that possible?

Chargeback fraud!!! That occurs when a consumer makes a purchase with their own credit card, and then requests a chargeback from the issuing bank after receiving the purchased goods or services.

Regardless of whatever measures the seller took, the consumer gets a free item ( in this case a puppy )!
